Service Description

In toddlerhood, children are ready to take on the world! So why not use this wonderful phase to develop new skills? In this class, children’s newfound mobility and never ending energy will be refocused into musical learning. Besides being exposed to the fundamentals of music by engaging in music making through songs, rhymes, lullabies and instrument exploration, children also play movement games that help then develop their gross motor skills and express with their bodies the music they internalize in other activities. Playful and developmentally appropriate, this class will give parents and toddlers the opportunity to further explore their music making and develop new musical abilities. Cancellation Policy

- New private students are eligible to receive one free trial lesson before the beginning of their first lesson plan. If after that class they are no longer interested in the course, they may request a refund by emailing info@crescendomusicstudio.ca. After that, and for all returning students, our refund policy is as follows: - Students are allowed to reschedule up to 2 lessons in the Fall term and 3 lessons in the Winter/Spring term and receive a make up lesson in a time agreed by both the student and the teacher. Any cancelled lessons that exceed this amount might not be rescheduled and will be considered on a case-by-case basis, pending teacher and studio availability. - Cancellation of a lesson must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled lesson time in order to receive a guaranteed make up lesson. - Late arrivals: teachers will wait for up to 15 minutes past a student’s lesson start time. After that, that lesson will be considered a late cancelation and, therefore, not eligible for rescheduling. - A make up lesson can be booked with your teacher directly or with the studio administration. - There are no refunds on unused lessons or cancelled lessons that exceed the maximum for each term. - Lesson credits cannot be transferred from one term to the next. - If the teacher cancels a lesson, the student will have the option to attend their regular scheduled time with a substitute teacher (when one can be arranged) or reschedule that lesson in a time agreed by both the student and the teacher, including the possibility to add this class to the end of the term in the make up week (the week following the last scheduled class). - In case in-person lessons need to be suspended due to Covid-19, all lessons will continue online until it is possible to resume in-person lessons at the studio.
